I recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi and had such a wonderful experience. the location of the hotel was perfect - it was situated right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city's main attractions. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a laptop and a good bathroom. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and included in the price. It was a great value for the money!

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

The welcoming staff provided us with a refreshing drink upon arrival and gave us a map of the nearby area with useful tips on where to go. The hotel's location was very convenient, as we had easy access to restaurants and cafes. the room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Our experience was marred by the fact that the air conditioning in our room needed maintenance, which we were only told about after we paid for the room. We were transferred to a different hotel for the first night, which was an inconvenience.

This hotel is definitely value for money. The prices are very fair, especially considering the excellent service you receive. The staff here are friendly and always willing to help. They go above and beyond to ensure that your every need is looked after.

I had a superb stay at this hotel in Hanoi. the location is perfect as it is within easy walking distance of many of Hanoi's major sightseeing attractions such as the St. Joseph Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake. Additionally, the hotel is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff at this hotel are excellent, providing great service with huge smiles. The rooms are well-appointed with basic amenities and offer good comfort for a relaxing stay. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a delightful start to each day.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great, with nothing to complain or improve upon.

the room was decorated beautifully and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. the staff were amazing and truly exceeded our expectations, arranging airport pick up, providing fresh fruit and water, and even offering free drinks when we returned from Halong Bay. we found great value in the tour packages offered by the church travel office across the road.

We experienced some noise from a nearby construction site which started early in the morning.

The location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, being close to the stunning St Joseph's Cathedral and only a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Spent Easter at this hotel and overall had a good experience. the best aspects were the comfortable rooms with well-maintained amenities and the friendly staff who went out of their way to assist with all our requests. the location was also great, with easy access to various attractions and plenty of dining options in the vicinity.

The only main issue was the noise levels, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There were construction works nearby that went on throughout the night, which was disturbing.
